My qualifications and experience include a 2 year Diploma in
Transformational Life Coaching and
ongoing coach training which has enabled me to offer telephone
and email coaching alongside
face to face coaching.
I
also bring to my coaching over 20 years experience in Sales &
Marketing and 7 years Management
experience in business management. Something I have always been
drawn towards within organizations
is leading change in
business processes.
Most
recently I have lead a
not for profit organization through extensive organizational
change
resulting in relocation which enhanced accessibility for clients
and volunteers, improved service delivery,
increased product range and an
estimated 80%
improvement in office efficiencies through the
introduction
of new Information Technology.
